Roshaan’s biography
With 14+ years of experience in digital transformation and product strategy, I currently lead large-scale initiatives at the Dubai Health Authority, partnering with C-level stakeholders to modernize services and enhance citizen experiences. Previously, I served as Principal Product Owner at Afiniti, driving AI-powered customer experience solutions and earning recognition as a Wonder Woman award recipient.
My expertise spans user-centered design, AI-driven CX, and scaling products across healthcare, fintech, and SaaS, with a strong focus on delivering impactful, end-to-end digital ecosystems.
Leadership beyond the product
I am a TechWomen Fellowship Emerging Leader, mentored at LinkedIn, and an active ecosystem builder, speaker, and mentor. Beyond my corporate role, I have built and led communities of 5,000+ professionals through platforms like Fiverr, Dribbble, and Sketch, organizing global events and mentoring emerging talent.
I have also participated in programs such as TechCamp by the U.S. State Department, Ignite Worldwide, and Facebook CLC. My work has been recognized through first place at the World Bank Hackathon 2019, nomination for the Globant Women Awards 2021, and the Heroes Award at the Connected Pakistan Conference. I have been featured on national television, podcasts, and global publications including Disrupt Magazine and Startup Insider.

As a seasoned community organizer, I have orchestrated 35+ virtual and in-person events, drawing more than 4,000 attendees and guided by 60+ industry professionals.
